WHMCS Event Generation
Whenever an event occurs inside your WHMCS system—such as cron generating invoices, a client paying an overdue invoice, or staff replying to a support ticket—the HD WhatsApp Notify addon hooks intercept the event in memory.
- Resolves client mobile number & country prefix

Cryptographic API Handshake
The WHMCS addon uses your API Key and Secret to sign the JSON payload with an HMAC-SHA256 signature, unique nonce, and timestamp. The SaaS platform validates the signature, ensures zero replay attacks, verifies tenant quota, and queues the job.
Queue Processing & WhatsApp Dispatch
The SaaS background queue worker picks up the job, resolves placeholders, applies watermark rules (if free tier), and transmits the payload through your connected WhatsApp provider adapter. Confirmation and logs update immediately in your customer dashboard.
