1. Data Ownership & Multi-Tenant Separation

Every customer account operates in an isolated tenant partition. Your customer contact details, phone numbers, and notification payloads remain strictly your property. We never sell, rent, or disclose tenant data to third parties.

2. Phone Number Masking & Logging Privacy

In compliance with global data privacy best practices, phone numbers stored in persistent logs are masked (e.g. 92300****567). Sensitive payload fields such as passwords, API secrets, and tokens are automatically redacted prior to recording.

3. Data Retention

API request logs and delivery history are retained for 60 to 90 days for auditing purposes and then permanently purged.
